InboxDollars expands into the Canadian market

Formed a decade ago by Daren Cotter, InboxDollars’ model involves connecting web traffic with brands by rewarding consumers for engaging with online advertisers.

In 2012, parent company CotterWeb Enterprises entered the UK with InboxPounds, a move that has paid off considering $26m top line revenue in 2013 — a 25% growth from 2012, according to Cotter.

“International is one of the key growth drivers for us going forward and our model is extendable to multiple other countries over the coming years,” Cotter explains.  He also sees ‘mobile first’ ahead, especially in terms of tapping emerging markets.

The Mendota Heights based company has grown headcount to 40 this year and continues hiring up, including Mobile PM, Senior Web Dev and BA.
