The news comes on heels of a big customer win, notably the acquisition of Twin Cities’ RE/MAX Advantage Plus franchise — among a slew of other customers, adding to their revenue gains. Welu is on track for another $250k to round it out by January, and intend to add five employees near term to fill out a new office space in Eden Prairie.
“Nobody in real estate has connected the mortgage and real estate side as we are…it’s still very early in our journey, but 2015 is going to be very exciting,” Welu says.
