“Metro Transit hopes to help bus passengers stay connected by testing free Wi-Fi on several of its routes. The Twin Cities’ biggest transit company announced it is testing the service on select buses in 10 metro area cities, including Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Passengers need to keep an eye out for a “Wi-Fi” sign on the windshield to see if their bus has it enabled, connect their device to “TransitWi-Fi,” agree to the term and conditions, and then browse away (but “no streaming,” Metro Transit says.)”
