“Minneapolis, Minnesota – Gopher Angels, a network of angel investors based in the Twin Cities, has completed an investment of $212,000 in Ambient Clinical Analytics, an early-stage business corporation, headquartered in Rochester, Minnesota.”
Ambient Clinical Analytics is a digital health company that provides powerful analytics-based clinical decision support tools for the intensive care unit, emergency department and operating room at the point of service, the bedside. Ambient’s platform offers 4 solutions that include over 1000 rules and algorithms, to give critical care providers real-time access to vital process-of-care information. The result is reduced health care costs and improved patient outcomes.
On the investment, Ambient CEO Allen Berning said, “We are pleased to add Gopher Angels to our strong group of investors. Gopher Angels investors understand our space and our value – and we’re happy to have additional support from MN investors.”
