LeadPages has signed a new lease to expand their physical footprint in downtown Minneapolis by 12k ft. sq.
Last December, the fast growing B2B SaaS startup landed in the second story of McKesson at 251 N. First Avenue; now they’re taking over the fourth floor in the same building, with 30,000 sq. ft. overall.
60+ technical employees have moved upstairs to occupy the majority of the addition, which includes a 3,500 sq. ft. meeting space pictured below:
LeadPages counts 168 current employees, 154 of which are base out of Minneapolis, according to Storbeck.
“The swings are back,” he reassures. “We’re glad to have more room to breathe and also host more community events,” referencing the monthly Data Visualization Meetup and forthcoming Product Tank as examples.
The company is coming off its inaugural customer conference, “Converted”, which drew 500+ here to Minneapolis from all over the world. Storbeck says the next steps for LeadPages include the identification of a CFO, continued hiring, and new product upgrades.
