What does Carlson Commercial do?
We work with companies to match business strategy with real estate strategy. This means we assist companies with commercial real estate decisions to purchase or lease (renewals, relocation, expansion) in a manner that best fits budget, image and function.
When did it start, by who and why?
Carlson Commercial was founded in January 2011 by Ted Carlson. Ted left a top 3 firm to create a company focused on serving companies, not institutional Landlords. This focus matches our entrepreneurial spirit with our clients, let’s us focus on strategy, and allows for conflict free representation.
I [Eddie Rymer] joined Carlson Commercial in 2012 as the second leg of the stool. We are now 8 strong and growing!
What is something unique about Carlson Commercial?
We routinely give 10% of earned fees to the charities of our client’s choice. We only work for companies, not professional Landlords. We are 100% transparent and engaged with our clients. There are no silos at Carlson Commercial, the entire company is focused on client service. We believe no deal is won or lost alone.
