hmm, not as elegant as I would expect…..how did this get approved? Links to Ventureresources.com which looks like it is for real estate agents, tie-ins to other real estate investment site including piggy backing on the Saunders process under “how it works”…incomplete / inaccurate contact info with a phone number of 555-555-5555….and a loop when you try to “Start a Venture” that only shows you a contact page. If the front end is this kludgy I cannot imagine what the entire experience will be. Not a good start, next

“In order to generate funding under the MNvest law, business owners must use an approved and registered portal system.”

This makes it sound as though the issuing company has to use a 3rd party portal, but the issuing company can also be their own portal provided they’ve received approval via state dept. of commerce first.
