“Via News Release — MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Industrious, the New York-based workspace provider, has inked a deal with Hines at the recently completed mass timber project – T3 in the North Loop. Industrious’ second location in Minneapolis will open its doors in fall 2017.”

The country’s leading provider of premium, hospitality focused coworking spaces, Industrious is launching its new Minneapolis location to create a work environment that is warm and engaging, yet professional and sophisticated for professionals in Minneapolis. The space will house members from startups to enterprise companies.

“Since the day we opened our first Minneapolis location downtown, we’ve loved this city. In reality, demand has been far too high to ignore without adding a second location in the market,” said Justin Stewart, President and Co-Founder at Industrious. “The North Loop is the clear next spot for us to expand to in Minneapolis. It’s not just that it’s a wonderful, vibrant neighborhood. It’s also that the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entire vibe of the place fit so well with our brand, our product, and our members.”

“Hines is excited to have Industrious as a prominent tenant at our innovative, new T3 project in the North Loop. Their business model will be a perfect fit for the neighborhood and the building, allowing for companies of up to 100 people to get started in a very active, growing and exciting marketplace,” said Bob Pfefferle, Director at Hines.

The 34,000 foot, full floor space, located at 323 N. Washington Ave., is a one-block walk to light rail transit, commuter rail and metro transit buses, and will contain 114 private offices for companies ranging from one person up to groups of eight. The space also features private spaces for larger teams of up to 100 people, including dedicated conference rooms and kitchens. Members will pay a flat monthly fee starting at $450 per person that includes: their office space, breakfast every day, common areas, conference rooms, ultra-fast fiber Internet, unlimited printing, convenient mail services, a full suite of conference services, and community events.

The LEED® Gold Certified T3 building features shared amenities that include complimentary community bike rentals, over 3,000 nearby parking spaces with 65 underground heated spaces, a rooftop deck with seating areas, grills, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with shower facilities. Access to the building is 24/7 and leases are available with Industrious as flexible month-to-month agreements for companies seeking office space.

“Sometimes there are buildings that seem too good to be true. This is one of them,” said Eivind Karlsen, Head of Design at Industrious. “Besides its perfect location, the developer’s aesthetic and attention to detail are nothing like I’ve seen anywhere in the country.”
