Minnesota AgTech Venture FeedLogic Raises $1.2m


Wilmar, Minnesota-based FeedLogic has closed on $1.2m of equity financing per this SEC disclosure, the largest fuding round since formation in 2001.

“FeedLogic Corporation is a provider of robotic and electronic feeding equipment and related products for swine and poultry production located in Willmar, Minn. Its flagship product is FEEDPro, an intelligent feed delivery unit where precise amounts of feed are automatically loaded and can be delivered to any feeder in any quantity.”

At the turn of 2017, cofounder and former CEO Drew Ryder stepped down and he was replaced in February by James Reining. An archived disclosure shows that FeedLogic received $678k back in 2012, combined would be approximately $2m in outside investment over the years.
