Lighthouse Software Relocates From Woodbury To The Osborn370

Custom developer Lighthouse Software has relocated from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul, landing at the Osborn370 building on 370 Wabasha St N.

CEO Tim Michalski says they’re already moved into a temporary space, patiently waiting as their new spot on the 8th floor is finalized, which will end up between 6,000-10,000 sq.ft. depending on options.

“The timing just worked out, we either needed to renew our lease in Woodbury or make a change this summer. It’s a good fit, good people and a good vision for St. Paul.”

Michalski started Lighthouse Software 17 years ago in his early 20’s and steadily grew the company to what it is today: a custom enterprise software maker with 50+ local employees.

“We like the complex,” he says, “Our expertise is highly regulated environments like finance, healthcare, or government sectors.”  Wells Fargo, State of Minnesota, and Ucare are named clients.

Lighthouse joins a growing cluster of tech companies at Osborn370, dubbed the new ‘tech hub’ of St. Paul.  Anchored by StructuralOppSource and Reeher are also calling it home.
