Stealthy Minnesota Tech Startup Konverge Is Raising $500k



A new Minneapolis technology startup called Konverge is raising $500k in equity with $100k, or 20% of their target reached per cofounder Max Pham.

Konverge seems to be operating under the radar for now, there’s very little information available about the venture, though a trademark search describes it as “a computer application software for mobile phones, namely, software for planning, scheduling, and tracking events, parties…”
