Structural Snags Ron Lancaster As CTO

On the heels of a $2.5m raise, St. Paul startup Structural has enlisted Ron Lancaster as CTO.

Lancaster joins the company from Pearson VUE where he was employed for nearly 20 years time; ultimately as CTO & VP there, he oversaw hundreds in Product and UX, Development and Quality Assurance departments.

At Structural, will lead the product and engineering teams as “they continue to extend the capabilities of Structural’s secure and scalable platform by pairing the benefits of data science and machine learning to further unleash the potential of people.”

“Structural is an incredibly rare combination of proven founders with a talented team, applied data science, a focus on employee success, and incredibly, I get to work in the same city I live. It’s a dream come true,” Lancaster says of his decision to join.

Structural cofounder Chip House added, “We’re excited to have Ron on the team as we build our our platform for people data and insight in organizations from mid-market to enterprise.”
