(AiTech), a cloud communications provider based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The strategic purchase is part of the company’s ongoing market development strategy and provides Evolve IP with a significant base of clients in the Midwestern United States, along with the ability to provide those customers with cloud computing, contact center, and identity and access management services.”
Founded in 1993, for the last 10 years AiTech has provided clients with unified communications, IP phone systems and data solutions leveraging Broadsoft’s [Cisco’s] blue-chip UCaaS platform. With the acquisition, AiTech clients will gain immediate access to Evolve IP’s proprietary intellectual property including OSSmosis®, an award-winning cloud management portal, and Clearlogin™, an identity and access management authentication service. Additionally, AiTech clients will be able to quickly adopt the Evolve Contact Suite, Evolve IP’s analyst-acclaimed, omnichannel contact center.
Another unique element of the acquisition is Evolve IP’s ability to seamlessly integrate and customize a wide range of cloud computing solutions for AiTech clients; dramatically improving their IT efficiency. Integrated cloud computing services available include: DRaaS, DaaS, Microsoft’s Office 365, MDM, RMM, ITaaS and IaaS.
