OneMedNet Banks $2 Million Equity For Medical Imaging Software

Eden-Prairie headquartered OneMedNet has raised another round of investment capital with $2m equity closed per SEC filing.

OneMedNet’s flagship product, BEAM, acts as a transport layer for healthcare providers to move data quickly and securely from point A to B using medical image exchange software. The company relocated from Hawaii to Minnesota circa 2006 and is led by CEO Chris Hanna with 18 people on board right now per Linkedin.

The venture has been consistently attracting outside capital over recent years – estimated around $5.5m of cumulative to date. In an earlier interview, Hanna discussed what’s working for the company now that they are in Minnesota…and closer to Optum.
