Bathroom Advertising Startup Social Indoor Is Raising $2.5m

Digital advertising startup Social Indoor is raising $2.5m with $350k sold per SEC disclosure.

Headquartered in Minneapolis, Social Indoor offers indoor B2B2C digital signage solutions. Typically found in restroom environments, Social Indoor’s products include both static and dynamic advertisements often broadcasted in 7-15 second video loops as placed:

 

The company’s website claims 450+ Minnesota venues available in the network yielding 4.5m impressions/month with an average engagement of 90 seconds.  Formed last year, they already count 14 people on board according to Linkedin and is led by CEO Tony Jacobson who also started AllOver Media — which was previously acquired in 2015 by Audax Private Equity.
