GeaCom, Inc. announced today the successful resolution of a legal dispute brought forth by former minority shareholders in Illinois Federal Court. Geacom declared that there was no determination of liability in the case.
The lawsuit accused the Duluth medical device manufacturer of misrepresenting the company’s financials and mishandling investors’ money. Following this declaration Geacom has announced that they are turning their focus back to global healthcare.
