Applying to the gBETA Medtech Accelerator Is a Healthy Resolution

Are you starting to assemble your New Year’s resolutions? Hit the gym more often… travel more… finally watch Game of Thrones so you can stop being what seems to be the last person on Earth not to know what a Many-Faced-God is and why it has so many faces?

Those are all noble endeavors, to be sure. But for the health-minded entrepreneurial spirits out there, it could be time to add another resolution to your list — apply to the gBETA Medtech accelerator.

Designed for early-stage medtech startups, the free accelerator (a program of gener8tor) promises a bevy of opportunities for participants including individualized coaching and mentorship from more than 25 experts, investors, and entrepreneurs and more than $1 million in perks from major players such as IBM Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft. After the seven-week program (based in Minneapolis), the class will have the chance to strut their technological stuff in front of an audience of community members and investors during the Pitch Night reception.

The opportunity is open to startups around the globe but does require an in-person commitment from at least one founder for the duration of the program. Applications are due by January 13, so it might be worth postponing your other resolutions for a bit until you’ve hit the “submit” button.
