SalesReach.io Closes $1.2 Million Seed Round

SalesReach.io has announced the closing of a $1.2 million seed round. The Minnesota-based sales technology startup paired with “strategic angel investors” to secure the funds and will focus on hiring for key roles and accelerate production, a press release said.

In fact, some of those hires have already happened. We reached out to Josh Fedie, founder and CEO of the company, for the details.

“The first batch of hires have been made,” Fedie said. “The funding made it possible to bring on the core team that built the product as a side hustle for equity including one UX/UI designer (experience director) and two developers full time.”

In addition to those hires, the company also hired a marketing manager. The next positions on the docket, according to Fedie, will be in software development and business development.

The million-dollar round marks the third significant raise for the company. After leaving the agency world, Fedie closed a pre-seed round with $275,000. Then, after a period of successfully beta testing the sales product, an additional $600,000 was secured. With this latest round in the books, Fedie is looking forward to a fruitful 2020.

“The funding will allow us to continue proving out our software while also accelerating development efforts for new features including native video, analytics, and CRM integrations,” he said.

When asked if there was time to take a bit of a breath with a fresh $1.2 million in the bank, he gave a response that will come as no surprise to anyone who has read his “A Workday With…” spotlight.

“Right back to work,” he said. “No way we’re stopping now!”
