tech.mn – Tamarack Consulting Hires New Chief Digital Officer

Tamarack Consulting recently announced the hire of Scott Nelson as the new Chief Digital Officer. The Minneapolis fintech company said Nelson will work on expanding its services into new areas by innovating with new products and devising new applications of current technology.

“In positioning Tamarack for growth, it was essential that we had someone to lead our digital efforts, and I could think of no one more qualified than Scott,” Daniel Nelson, CEO of Tamarack, said in a release.

Before his new role as chief digital officer, Nelson accumulated decades of product development, business growth, and product management experience. He has held roles at Honeywell, Logic PD (as CTO), and is a doctorate graduate of Cornell University. He was named a “Titan of Technology” by MSP Business Journal in 2015.
