- Branch, a Minneapolis-based company that helps gig and hourly workers manage their schedules and payments, has raised nearly $19.5 million in capital according to a recent SEC filing
- Seven investors participated in the round, including Matchstick Ventures with more than $1.8 million
- According to the Minneapolis Business Journal, Rayn Broshar, General Partner of Matchstick Ventures, described the round as a, “follow-on” with other Branch investors
- Those investors include March Capital Partners, Crosscut Ventures, and Techstars Ventures
