SullivanCotter Acquires Clinician Nexus

Consulting firm SullivanCotter has acquired Minneapolis-based clinical experience management company Clinician Nexus.

In a release detailing the acquisition, SullivanCotter said the move, "deepens the firm's technology talent and enables the creation of two separate entities focused on serving different needs within the health care industry and not-for-profit sector." The consulting firm will provide advisory services while Clinician Nexus continues to focus on workforce management technology. Financial details of the acquisition were not released.

"Powered by an industry-leading suite of workforce data, advanced automation capabilities, and a commitment to assisting clients in shaping the future of health care, we are excited to go to market with cutting-edge technology solutions to help them plan, build and enhance their clinical workforce strategies," Clinician Nexus Chief Information Officer David Schwietz said in the release.

Clinician Nexus was founded by Katrina AndersonBob Bryan, and Tim Schottler in 2016.
