We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Client Services Delivery team.  Solutions Engineers (SE) are critical to the success of our projects and helping our clients build a competitive advantage through their Revenue Operations (RevOps).

In collaboration with our consulting team (some of the smartest people we know), you’ll create and manage the strategy for client projects, and develop and implement project plans. Strong people and communication skills are  essential for successful  project delivery of our HubSpot implementation and integration projects

Successful Solution Engineers  have a deep understanding of technology, and they understand how to apply technology to solve business challenges. Most importantly, they’re able to communicate these solutions and options to the  stakeholders at various levels within our clients’ organizations.

Most Solution Engineers  are inherently curious people, creative in how they approach problems, detailed, and solution driven.  Our HubSpot Solution Engineers stay up to date on the constantly evolving world of revenue operations and  the HubSpot platform so they can bring the best solutions to our top mid-market clients.

  • Drive requirements gathering sessions and discuss technical and functional requirements with the internal and client teams to understand and document their business goals
  • Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client guiding them toward the most optimal solution
  • Create project roadmaps that outline the project vision, plan, milestones, and timeline for clients and our delivery team
  • Lead and manage all stakeholder communications for projects assigned, including weekly recaps & project reports to internal & client stakeholders
  • Document and present system requirements through various communication channels
  • Guide other members of the team and developers in the appropriate use of technology detailed in the project plan
  • Provide consultative services to all levels of business and technical stakeholders to enable them to make confident decisions for their company
  • Consult internal teams and help develop HubSpot best practices
  • Oversee system testing, QA and UAT activities
  • Ensure that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood by all Denamico & client stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Sales team as a Technical Subject Matter Expert in Discovery calls to contribute to proposals and  SOWs
  • Provide thought leadership in technical areas of expertise to promote best of breed culture in Technical Services


  • LMA - Lead Manage and hold Accountable direct reports and project team members
  • Have 4+ years  of  hands-on  experience  leading the implementation and/or integration of HubSpot or comparable system(s) (Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, Zoho, etc.)
  • Have 4+ years of experience working in a  project-based environment  &  in collaboration with a  team,  managing multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • 2+ years of professional services or consulting experience
  • Excellent  organization,  time  management,  and  communication  skills  (oral  &  written)


  • Experience working as a system admin or supporting system implementation projects, specifically for CRM and/or MarTech software solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working in agile (SCRUM) environments
  • Full-stack development experience or understanding of Java
